Jewelry maker wants to inspire Christian faith in women

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- With each piece of jewelry comes a prayer from Megan Craig. She is the owner of New Eve Jewelry: handmade jewelry with a purpose in blessing those in need.

"Blessing women, specifically with truth, beauty and mission," said Craig.

She calls her company New Eve.

"Because Eve in the Bible was the first woman and she was made perfect and I want women to know even though we're just like Eve and we have messed up and our hearts have been broken, God makes us new.

In a back room of her home, she meticulously designs each piece, which are all made from reclaimed materials.

With every order, she also includes a special Bible verse from First Corinthians.
